Anforderungen
- •Technical leadership experience
- •Experience partnering with Product
- •Strong experience with GraphQL
- •Strong backend engineering experience with Node.js/TypeScript
- •Strong understanding of security vulnerabilities
- •Track record of building and scaling GraphQL APIs
- •Strong ownership mindset
- •Clear and effective communicator
- •Good German comprehension skills (minimum B1 level)
- •Fluent in English
- •Deep expertise in Apollo Federation
- •Experience with serverless AWS
- •Knowledge of GraphQL security and authorisation patterns
- •Experience with AWS Cognito or similar identity management systems
- •Understanding of platform thinking
- •Experience with DevOps practices
- •Frontend skills in React/TypeScript

- •Own and evolve the federated GraphQL architecture
- •Drive GraphQL strategy across the organization
- •Co-own product vision with the Product team
- •Shape technical strategy and make informed trade-offs
- •Build authorization and authentication layers for GraphQL
- •Implement and improve federation patterns across teams
- •Lead cross-team onboarding to the GraphQL platform
- •Guide teams through integration challenges
- •Set best practices for GraphQL integration
- •Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
- •Drive end-to-end platform improvements
- •Identify systemic problems and propose technical solutions
- •Lead the execution of proposed solutions
- •Take responsibility for running your systems
