## Job Description * Responsibility for the operational execution and compliance with processes in the following areas: inbound goods, order picking, warehousing/warehouse management including posting of stock movements in SAP * Point of contact for the team regarding technical or organizational issues, as well as interface to production and support departments * Responsibility for onboarding and training of new employees * Operational task allocation and participation in vacation planning * Active involvement in all warehouse logistics tasks (both automated small parts warehouse and pallet warehouse) * Execution of inventory counts * Handling of internal transport services * Identifying improvement potentials and participation in change projects * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal processes * Participation in system changes (test user) ## Qualifications * Completed training in warehouse logistics (apprenticeship, technical school) and several years of relevant professional experience with a focus on materials management / warehouse management * Initial leadership experience is an advantage * SAP knowledge (MM, WM) required * Forklift license * Proficient German language skills * Uncompromising commitment to quality and an independent way of working * Structured working style and attention to detail * Enjoyment of teamwork and coordinating groups ## Additional Information * A reliable and long-term workplace in our expanding and international high-tech company * An innovative company culture that promotes technical excellence guaranteeing us the position of a technological leader in the global market * A value-oriented working environment that fosters friendly, supportive cooperation between colleagues and, at the same time, provides room for involvement, dedication and individual responsibility * Individual training and onboarding * Work Outside Office (occasion-related possibility to work outside the office) * Professional and personal development We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
