**Your contribution**:
* Leading and developing our Growth Marketing team, including budget planning and responsibility for paid acquisition initiatives.
* Ownership and responsibility for online lead generation and lead flow, as well as the expansion and further development of our performance marketing setup across all business units.
* Managing and optimizing our tracking setup via server-side GTM.
* Further development of our CRM and lead nurturing strategy using the SAP Marketing Cloud.
* Roadmapping, budget planning, and forecasting within the Growth Marketing team.
**Your Profile:**
* A completed university degree from a renowned institution in business administration or marketing.
* At least 5 years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment, along with experience in leading and developing a Growth Marketing team in a dynamic, globally operating environment.
* Deep expertise in performance marketing across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta & Microsoft Ads.
* A proven track record of successful full-funnel campaigns in the B2B sector, extensive experience with the SAP Marketing Cloud, and in-depth knowledge of tracking via Google Tag Manager.
* Long-standing, successful experience in cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners and stakeholders, as well as business-fluent German skills.
