Teamlead Demand Planning & Forecast Management(m/w/x)

Deine Aufgaben

• •Create and maintain accurate forecasts, demand plans, and production plans
• •Collaborate closely with Sales, eCommerce, Finance, and Product Development for precise demand alignment
• •Utilize and enhance demand-planning tools like SAP Business One and Streamline to improve forecast accuracy
• •Oversee material planning, production planning, and supply chain processes
• •Monitor production progress, delivery status, stock levels, and potential bottlenecks
• •Analyze forecast deviations and implement corrective actions for sustainable improvements
• •Ensure smooth material and product flows through coordination with internal teams
• •Manage supplier relationships, including contract handling and proactive communication
• •Support projects aimed at efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvement
• •Expand and optimize company-wide planning and sourcing processes
• •Contribute to the international supply chain and procurement strategy
• •Develop demand-planning strategies based on market trends and technological innovations
• •Create scenario analyses and business cases with Sales, eCommerce, Finance, and Management
• •Identify risks, opportunities, and optimization potential in the supply chain
• •Participate in cross-functional projects for process optimization and technology implementation
• •Lead a cross-functional Planning & Ordering team with a focus on transparency and high performance
• •Act as a sparring partner for Management, Sales, Procurement, and Product Development
• •Manage budget, KPIs, performance monitoring, and reporting of relevant metrics
• •Deputize for the Head of Forecast / Demand Planning / Ordering and take on extended leadership responsibilities
