Anforderungen
- •Experience in CX-focused projects
- •Proven experience leading or mentoring others
- •Experience in retail design, public space design, site development, or complex infrastructure projects
- •Collaborative, empathetic, and empowering leadership style
- •Ability to navigate complex relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies
- •Strategic mindset with attention to design detail
- •Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
- •Clear, empathetic communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- •8+ years of professional experience in architecture, infrastructure design, or related field
- •ETH or equivalent university degree in Architecture, or HF/FH in architecture/civil engineering/related discipline
- •Intermediate proficiency in Revit or similar
- •Fluency in German and English (French is an advantage)
- •Motivation to accelerate the energy transition and lead teams toward meaningful impact

Deine Aufgaben
- •Build and mentor the Location Design team in Switzerland
- •Create a culture of psychological safety and open feedback
- •Provide clear direction and empower team members
- •Lead the architectural vision for Switzerland's location portfolio
- •Ensure design consistency with Fastned's vision
- •Adapt designs to local requirements and regulations
- •Act as the primary contact for key stakeholders
- •Build relationships with road authorities and government bodies
- •Continuously improve team workflows and processes
- •Establish and share best practices for collaboration
- •Partner with Expansion Management and Construction Management teams
- •Accelerate location deployment while maintaining design integrity
- •Encourage experimentation and innovative methods within the team
- •Champion design quality and uphold Fastned’s reputation
