Original Beschreibung

Since 2016, we have been continuously developing our agile implementation processes based on the Scrum standard. Our goal is to design the optimal process for each software development team – with real added value instead of rigid standards. To support the team in **Bergheim**, we are looking for a Teamlead Agile Development (m/f/d), who will work as a "Playing Captain" both actively as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in daily business and further develop and build the team professionally. If you want to help shape and drive this development process, this position is perfect for you! \_\_\_\_\_ ## Your responsibilities * Introduction and adaptation of the optimal implementation process and process roles for the respective software development team * Professional and disciplinary leadership of a 6-member team consisting of Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Requirements Engineers * Implementiation and further development of the vision and strategy in the area of Agile Development * Reporting of relevant KPIs and OKRs in PowerBI * Definition of training standards and coordinating coaching and training for the ICT organization \_\_\_\_\_ ## Your qualifications * Completed education or studies in the field of software development or project management * Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in the field of agile software development, as well as initial leadership experience * Basic knowledge of PowerBI and experience in implementing applications such as SAP is an advantage * Strong communication skills, change mindset, and economic thinking * Fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage \_\_\_\_\_ ## What we offer * Work-life balance through flexible working hours and individual freedom of design * Voluntary social benefits through our company health management PALfit * Job ticket * Active participation in diverse areas of responsibility * Appreciative integration into a professional team Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is **EUR 59.766,98** based on full-time employment.
