- •Support the Store Manager in driving category performance
- •Supervise the sales team to enhance customer experiences
- •Lead sales associates to improve selling skills and achieve sales goals
- •Drive sales for an assigned category in collaboration with the Store Manager
- •Train the team on the assigned category to boost sell-through
- •Coach and provide feedback to ensure excellent customer service
- •Manage customer flow to guarantee no client is left unattended
- •Set the pace and standard for delivering exceptional service
- •Foster collaboration on the selling floor among team members
- •Provide real-time coaching after transactions and client interactions
- •Develop and retain talented employees through recognition and performance reviews

- •Partner with the Store Manager to oversee Burberry Experience training
- •Reinforce key elements of the Burberry Experience in team meetings
- •Resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
- •Process post-void transactions and authorize discounts in management's absence
- •Enhance the digital experience in-store using available resources
- •Communicate business needs and ideas effectively
- •Follow and enforce company policies and procedures consistently
- •Create a positive and harmonious work environment
- •Assist with store opening and closing procedures
