Anforderungen
- •University or college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- •3+ years of experience in a managerial role within software development, ideally in an agile environment
- •7+ years of experience in software engineering
- •Proven track record of leading multiple teams or a larger development organization
- •Strong understanding of software architecture, scalable systems, and development lifecycle management
- •Experience in strategic planning, team building, and performance management
- •Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire
