Anforderungen

•University or college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
•3+ years of experience in a managerial role within software development, ideally in an agile environment
•7+ years of experience in software engineering
•Proven track record of leading multiple teams or a larger development organization
•Strong understanding of software architecture, scalable systems, and development lifecycle management
•Experience in strategic planning, team building, and performance management
•Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire
