# Team Leader (m/f/d)
For our **location in Königs Wusterhausen near Berlin**, we are looking for a **Team Leader (m/f/d) Warehouse Logistics** as soon as possible.
You will be the first point of contact for shift supervisors for all topics in the operational area. You will lead the employees of your team on a professional and disciplinary level and ensure that order and cleanliness are maintained in compliance with the necessary occupational safety standards.
**YOUR FUTURE TASKS:**
· You will be the contact person for our shift supervisors on operational topics and support them in personnel scheduling
· You will be responsible for the personnel allocation and management of your team according to the daily schedule and ensure the operational process in accordance with productivity requirements and key figures.
· You are responsible for the induction, instruction and training of employees
· You will be the first point of contact in the event of process disruptions and incorrect shipments and contribute to continuous process improvement.
· You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with all safety regulations and occupational health and safety regulations.

· Ideally, your basis is a completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist
· You have already gained experience in warehouse management
· Ideally, you are in possession of a German forklift license and are familiar with the operation of forklifts

· You are willing to work in shifts (2-shift system) and to work on weekends (2 Saturdays a month)
