Team Leader Service Desk(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead the service desk team, ensuring smooth IT operations while managing support tickets and coordinating with various teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve enhancing service processes and developing team members, while also participating in exciting international projects.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in business or technical computer science or comparable qualification
• •At least 5 years of experience in IT services
• •In-depth knowledge of operating systems and IT applications, particularly Microsoft 365, SAP, Citrix, and BMC Remedy
• •Experience in IT project management and collaboration with internal and external partners
• •Strong communication skills and organizational talent
• •Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with high flexibility
• •Very good written and spoken English skills
