# Team Leader Global Quality Management Systems f/m/d As team leader for our local team in Graz, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and continuously optimizing our quality management system at AVL's headquarters in Graz and globally. Use your expertise to bring new ideas to a dynamic environment and actively shape the future of AVL. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Team lead of the quality management systems colleagues at the AVL headquarters in Graz and functional guidance of the quality management representatives in the AVL subsidiaries * Responsibility for the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system (ISO 9001) at the AVL headquarters in Graz and our AVL subsidiaries globally * Support in the further development of the Integrated Management System (IMS) * Defining, implementing and monitoring local and global management system goals, further development of the monitoring and reporting system as well as internal audit standards and global management system tools * Supporting the continuous improvement of processes * Acting as an interface to quality assurance departments, AVL subsidiaries, other business areas and customers * Conducting internal audits and organizing external audits **YOUR PROFILE:** * Completed technical education (Technical College, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University) with a focus on industrial engineering, environmental systems engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or automotive engineering * At least five years of professional experience in quality management in an industrial company is an advantage * Knowledge of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems is required; knowledge of the ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 management systems and others is an advantage * Experience in leading a team * Completed training as a system manager and lead auditor is an advantage * Proactive approach to work and networked, analytical thinking * Good communication and teamwork skills * Business fluent knowledge in German and English * Willingness to travel approx. 20 percent **WE OFFER:** * Various working time models, flextime and the possibility of working from home * Food trucks, snack bar and canteen with freshly cooked daily menus * Training and development programs for your individual career growth * Health talks, seminars and e.g. check-ups as part of our broad health program * Employee discounts for various offers and services **Annual Remuneration:** Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €70,000.00.
