Team Lead Verification of Software Application Development - Cell Therapy(m/w/x)

## Job Description We are expanding our Application Software Team to accelerate the development of clinical devices like the CliniMACS Prodigy by establishing a new group focused on Application Software lifecycle management and verification. * With your team, you will play a key role in verifying application software commands and procedures, ensuring high reliability and performance. * As the group leader, you will be responsible for both the technical direction and disciplinary leadership of your team. * Your responsibilities will include handling software complaints, implementing bug fixes, and supporting Software lifecycle management activities for our clinical devices. * Documentation of your activities according to design control guidelines and standards * Your group ensures the robustness, compliance and high quality of application software systems. ## Qualifications * Degree in Computer Science Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field and several years of professional experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry * Proven leadership experience in either a disciplinary or technical capacity, with strong team management and communication skills * Expertise in software verification and laboratory automation within regulated environments * Solid knowledge of (IEC 62304 and DIN EN ISO 13485) Knowledge in object-oriented programming, preferably Java or C++ is a plus, ideally with a focus on embedded systems * Fluency in English, German language skills are a plus ## Additional Information **What we offer** * Flexible and remote work: Enable time management on your terms * Diversity: International teams and cross-border intercultural communication * Room for creativity: It’s the most clever solution that we always strive for * Health & Sport: We offer a wide range of corporate sports activities and health provision * Miltenyi University: A clever mind never stops learning, take advantage of our in-house Training Academy **Diversity is the bedrock of our creativity.** Our mission: To innovate treatments and technologies and tackle the world’s most serious health challenges.
