- •Degree in Business Informatics, (Industrial) Engineering, or comparable field
- •At least three years of relevant professional experience in Operations, Operations Data Analysis, or Site Reliability Engineering
- •Initial leadership experience or team building in a dynamic environment
- •Strong technical understanding of hardware and software
- •Solid analytical skills with data and figures
- •Advanced Excel skills
- •Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python)
- •Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Metabase, or Looker)
- •Analytical thinking and structured, thorough approach to work
- •Results-oriented and proactive contribution of ideas and solutions
- •Strong understanding of operational processes and their impact
- •Excellent communication skills in English (C1)
- •Ability to discuss technical matters clearly with non-technical stakeholders
