**Key responsibilities:**
* Lead a small team of Operational buyers and ERP/Master Data Specialists
* Develop your team and develop processes to make us fit for our current and future growth in close collaboration with global partners
* Guiding Operational Buyers for Raw Materials in collaboration with the global procurement organization
* Drive the inventory management for the DPS network. Define and manage actions impacting inventory in close collaboration with material and supply planners. Prepare and present inventory reports and projections, develop proactive strategies to anticipate and mitigate issues and risks within the team
* Manage and raise risks related to inventory and supply of materials, ensuring alignment with Supply Chain Head
* As Supply Chain partner, you are the first point of contact for escalations (concerning suppliers) from operational buyers
* Be point of contact for escalations from ERP Master Data Specialists
**Key requirements:**
* BSc in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience; APICS certification required.
* Strong background in Supply Chain, with proven experience in inventory management. First leadership experience is a plus.
* Experience with SAP R3 is a must
* Experience in the pharma (GMP controlled) industry is a plus
* Experience in using data analysis tools is a strong plus
