As a Team Lead in SAP EWM Engineering, you’ll merge your technical expertise with leadership, guiding your team on challenging national and international projects while fostering their growth and success. As a Technical Lead, you will work hands-on in EWM projects: * Conduct customer workshops, design and document the planned solution * Being overall technically responsible for the solution * Develop and maintain ABAP code in areas such as MFS; Fiori applications using SAPUI5, RF Framework, Labels, Monitor enhancements, etc. * Implementation of quality assurance measures As a Team Lead, you will manage a team of SAP EWM developers, located in Germany and two other European countries. This will include the following tasks: * Managing capacity of your team including resource planning and project staffing * Performance management and recruiting * Strategically grow and develop the team * Coordinate with the leaders of our other SAP EWM teams and the Swisslog EMEA Software organization ## What you need to succeed * You are experienced in leading teams or projects, either as a Technical Lead or as a Team Lead * You have in-depth experience with **SAP EWM** * You have sound **ABAP** knowledge, ideally in the area of MFS * Several years of professional experience in development with SAP ABAP-OO round off your profile * Experience in the area of SmartForms, (Web) DynPro and the related SAP modules (MM/SD/TM/PP) is desirable * Fluent English and ideally knowledge in German language # LI-KK1 ### Our promise to you Swisslog is a world of opportunity for people who can deliver a game changing mission: driving the future of intralogistics, by shaping an era of robotic and data-driven automated solutions that create exceptional customer value.
