##### Why VMRay
As Team Lead Revenue Operations (M/F/D), you’ll be the operational engine behind our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy — aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive predictable revenue growth. With the support of a small RevOps team, you'll own process design, systems management, and data analysis to improve pipeline efficiency and GTM performance.
##### Your Responsibilities
* **Process Optimization**: You design and improve our lead-to-revenue workflow and the customer lifecycle management (Leads to Closed-Won to Expansion). In addition, you will be responsible for optimizing and automating the GTM processes to remove bottlenecks and provide training to the team
* **Systems and Tooling:** You administer, and maintain clean and well-integrated data across our entire GTM tech stack, including marketing automation and sales engagement tools. You will also be responsible for onboarding and training our GTM teams in all relevant systems
* **GTM Alignment:** You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to align strategy and execution. You will take the lead on QBRs, pipeline review and campaign performance analysis. You will also support on territory planning, the quota designing, performance tracking and revenue forecasting
* **Data & Reporting:** You are responsible for our internal GTM reporting and all associated dashboards. You will analyze our funnel and pipeline data in order to identify any gaps and optimize our conversations
* **Team Management:** Your responsibility will be to lead and coach a small international RevOps team of analysts and administrators. You are committed to fostering collaboration, accountability and a data-driven culture
##### Our Requirements
* 3 – 6 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM Strategy (preferably in B2B SaaS)
* Highly analytical with strong data modeling and reporting skills
* Hands-on expertise in Salesforce and Pardot is essential
* Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote, and multicultural environment
* Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset
* Really good writing and speaking skills in English
