Anforderungen
- •Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- •Proven experience managing interdisciplinary development projects
- •Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (classic, agile, hybrid)
- •Excellent leadership and people management skills
- •Structured, documentation-oriented working style
- •Proactive, reliable, and organized leadership approach
- •Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
- •Business-oriented thinking with solid technical and regulatory understanding
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (mandatory) and German (advantageous)
- •Experience in leading, developing, and mentoring project management teams would be advantageous
- •Strong planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills are desirable
- •Ability to navigate complexity, uncertainty, and regulatory constraints is a plus
- •Solid understanding of regulated product development and quality management systems (e.g., MDR/IVDR, FDA, ISO 13485) would be beneficial

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage cross-functional development projects throughout their lifecycle
- •Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, timelines, and resource utilization
- •Prioritize the project portfolio according to business strategy
- •Act as the escalation point for project risks and compliance issues
- •Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders
- •Continuously improve project management processes in a regulated environment
- •Apply appropriate development approaches, including classic, agile, or hybrid
- •Ensure compliance with regulations and standards like MDR/IVDR, FDA, and ISO 13485
- •Align project execution with design control and quality system requirements
- •Lead interdisciplinary development projects from concept to market launch
- •Manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints
- •Collaborate with R&D and QA/RA leaders for regulatory readiness
- •Prepare and present project status updates to steering committees
- •Lead, mentor, and develop the project management team
- •Allocate and plan resources across the project portfolio
- •Support hiring and performance management within the team
- •Represent management decisions to the team and stakeholders
- •Ensure adherence to company processes and manage team budgets
