  • •7–10 years of experience in product management for tech products within software development
  • •Proven expertise in agile methodologies
  • •Strong understanding of technology and business processes
  • •Hands-on experience with e-commerce systems, ideally in retail
  • •Skilled in IT project management
  • •At least 2 years of team leadership experience
  • •Analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
  • •Exceptional communication skills in English
  • •Comfortable in international work environments
