## Job Description * Channel ownership: Own the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, leveraging each channel’s unique assets, ad formats, and targeting capabilities to maximize lead quality and efficiency * Platform expertise: Develop a deep understanding of each platform from both an advertiser and user perspective, ensuring campaigns are technically optimized and feel native and engaging within each social context * Creative innovation: Drive frequent and innovative ad rotation, leading the team in producing creative assets and campaign concepts that capture attention, feel authentic to each platform, and avoid ad fatigue * Testing & optimization: Establish and manage a robust testing and optimization framework, including systematic A/B and multivariate tests, to continuously learn which creatives, messages, and targeting strategies deliver the best results for different audiences * Full-funnel strategy: Develop and execute strategies for both direct lead acquisition and implicit brand building, ensuring measurement of both performance outcomes and brand effects through data-driven analysis and innovative attribution approaches * Team leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creative experimentation, rapid iteration, and knowledge sharing.
