**THE ROLE**
As a **Team Lead Operational Controlling (m/f/d),** you will take ownership of key financial processes and play a pivotal role in ensuring transparency, consistency, and strategic alignment across our global Color Materials division. This role combines hands-on financial leadership with cross-functional collaboration, offering the opportunity to shape global planning, performance analysis, and governance initiatives in a dynamic and international environment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Lead global financial planning for the Color Materials division, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and timelines
* Facilitate global financial forecasts, ensure forecast accuracy and identification of opportunities and risks
* Provide insightful performance analysis and transparent reporting to senior management and key functions
* Manage and continuously improve the global Sales Incentive Program in line with commercial objectives
* Monitor and steer global intercompany transfer pricing, including markup adjustments
* Drive development of controlling tools, reporting systems, and process efficiency
* Ensure financial governance and compliance with key internal guidelines (e.g. transfer pricing, cost sharing, inventory accounting)
