Anforderungen

•B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
•8+ years of experience in Biotech/Pharma
•Expert technical knowledge of distributed systems
•Expert technical knowledge of data engineering
•Expert technical knowledge of software architecture
•Expert technical knowledge of cloud-native architectures
•Expert technical knowledge of system design
•Ability to define high-level strategy
•Ability to execute complex technical work
•Deep knowledge of lab workflows
•Direct experience with integrated workcells
•Direct experience with automation control systems
•Proven track record of hiring and mentoring technical talent
•Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams
•Solid technical background in cloud-native architectures
•Ideally AWS experience
