Team Lead IT Infrastructure Security(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead a diverse team of security professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mentoring team members, engaging with stakeholders, and continuously improving security processes.

Anforderungen

• •At least 3 years of experience in managing and leading IT teams
• •In-depth knowledge of IT security processes and infrastructure
• •Project management skills and ITIL knowledge
• •Good communication skills in English; German is an advantage
• •Self-motivated team player with excellent communication, cooperation, and leadership skills
