# Team Lead International Sales (m/f/d)

**Your Responsibilities:**
* Responsibility for sales success measured by the number of newly acquired international students
* Managing our international sales team with a focus on collaboration, motivation, and an inclusive work environment
* Independently conducting sales activities, particularly telephone outreach to international prospects
* Expanding and maintaining our international agent network
* Identifying new growth markets through comprehensive market analysis and developing and implementing successful market entry strategies
* Close collaboration with the marketing team on Google marketing, social media materials, brochures, etc.
* Working closely with Student Services to improve support for international students and actively contributing to the development of services and processes aimed at increasing student satisfaction and competitiveness
* Building and maintaining international partnerships with universities, institutions, and corporate partners while actively expanding our global presence
**Your Profile:**
* Experience in international sales or business development – ideally in the education or knowledge sector or within a university context
* Strong sales, closing, and customer orientation
* Confident and culturally sensitive demeanor in international contexts, with proven negotiation skills when dealing with various stakeholders worldwide
* Demonstrated leadership competence and the ability to inspire and further develop teams
* Strategic and innovative thinking combined with a high level of initiative
* Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
* Excellent analytical skills and a solution-oriented working style
