## Job Description
**PEOPLE MANAGEMENT**
As a Security Team Manager, you will lead and mentor an intercultural team of security professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Additionally, you will act as the owner for specific security services, managing operations and support in collaboration with vendors. You will develop and implement innovative concepts and projects to enhance service performance and operational efficiency.
## Qualifications
At least 3+ years of experience in managing and leading IT teams; experience in building new teams is an advantage.
In-depth knowledge of IT security processes and infrastructure.
Project management skills and ITIL knowledge are an advantage.
Good communication skills (English, German is an advantage).
Self-motivated team player with excellent communication, cooperation and leadership skills.
Performance- and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on responsibility and drive issues forward.
Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.
## Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,807 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
