•Practical training in facility management, workshop management, building technician, or comparable qualification
•Experience in technical facility management from a production or industrial environment
•Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of strategic planning and project management
•Safety awareness and ability to find smart, practicable solutions
•Creativity and assertiveness for improvement
•Excellent command of German and English

•Lead the facility team in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth processes
•Implement conversions, new locations, and infrastructure projects while contributing ideas
•Serve as the central point of contact for external service providers, internal teams, and authorities
•Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding occupational safety and fire protection
•Plan budgets, control costs, and document everything transparently for management
