Anforderungen

  • •Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Information Technology
  • •Several years of professional experience in HR Analytics or HR Controlling
  • •Strong analytical thinking skills and structured, pragmatic approach
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, MicroStrategy, and cloud-based solutions such as Snowflake
  • •High level of communication skills, initiative, and strong team spirit
  • •Fluency in German and English, written and spoken

  • •Expand strategic HR data management
  • •Build the HR data ecosystem in the cloud
  • •Develop a strategy for evolving HR controlling to predictive analytics
  • •Establish corporate HR reporting in MicroStrategy
  • •Lead projects in strategic focus areas
  • •Collaborate closely with HR IT and Corporate Finance & Controlling
  • •Evaluate performance and coach team members
