In this role, you'll oversee a team that covers electronic design, ECAD, firmware design and development, commissioning of electronics and devices at suppliers, and pre-development actions. You will be responsible for **developing and following up on strategies** to break down complex embedded systems needs into manageable development blocks for internal and/or external development. Additionally, you will **monitor trends** in electronic and firmware design and ensure the team builds up the necessary knowledge through suitable training measures. Your collaboration will extend to colleagues from various departments, ensuring that our solutions meet the **highest standards**. We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is € 2,807.00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
