## Job Description
* Own the display strategy: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of display advertising across GDN, DV360, and additional programmatic channels, with a strong focus on static and animated image formats
* Creative leadership: Drive creative innovation by collaborating closely with the Design team to conceptualize, produce, and refine a wide range of ad creatives. Ensure messaging and visuals are tailored to diverse customer segments and aligned with Autohero’s brand positioning
* Testing & experimentation: Establish and manage a robust ad testing framework, designing and running systematic A/B and multivariate tests to continuously learn what resonates best with different audiences
* Data-driven optimization: Analyze campaign performance at a granular level, leveraging data and insights to optimize creative assets, targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum impact and ROI. Translate learnings into actionable recommendations
* Retargeting excellence: Own the retargeting strategy and execution, ensuring high-potential users are re-engaged with relevant, personalized creatives and offers throughout the customer journey
* Programmatic buying: Manage and optimize campaigns through DV360, ensuring efficient programmatic buying, audience targeting, and inventory selection to maximize reach and performance
* Publisher partnerships: Negotiate and manage direct deals with relevant publishers to secure premium inventory, unlock new scaling opportunities, and ensure advantageous terms for Autohero
* Market intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends in online display advertising, using insights to inform creative direction, messaging, and positioning to keep Autohero ahead of the curve
* Team leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creative experimentation, rapid iteration, and knowledge sharing. Ensure best practices are documented and scalable across markets
* Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Product, and Analytics teams to align campaign objectives, share insights, and maximize the impact of display advertising within the broader marketing mix
## Qualifications
* Extensive experience in online display advertising, including GDN, DV360, and programmatic channels
* Proven track record in creative leadership, campaign management, and data-driven optimization
* Strong expertise in retargeting and audience segmentation
* Experience negotiating direct publisher deals and managing premium inventory
* Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
* Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams
* Highly organized, innovative, and results-driven, with a passion for creative experimentation
* Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus
