## Team Lead Design (f/m/d) - Hybrid/ Remote ###### Permanent employee, Full-time ·Remote,Berlin, Koblenz, Remote (Nordrhein-Westfalen), Wien --- **Why this role?** As Team Lead Design (f/m/d), you will lead our in-house design team and take ownership of Sdui’s visual language across brands. You'll play a central role in developing creative concepts, leading design projects, building strong processes, and inspiring your team. You’ll collaborate closely with Brand Experience and Content Marketing to bring our brand stories to life through compelling visuals and consistent design frameworks. ##### Your To-Dos **Team Leadership** * Lead and support a growing team of 3 designers * Foster a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous development * Prioritize and manage team resources and design projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results * Establish clear workflows and communication structures across design and the wider marketing team **Creative Direction & Hands-on Design** * Guide and review the creation of marketing and communication materials (web, print, presentations, merchandise, etc.) * Lead by example: contribute to daily design work and develop high-quality templates and frameworks * Maintain and elevate the overall design quality and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints **Brand Development** * Collaborate with our Brand Experience Expert to develop and implement our new group brand identity * Translate brand strategy and campaign ideas into strong, visual executions * Build a scalable design system that supports marketing, sales, and brand goals across the group ##### Your Skills **You are...** * A positive and open-minded team player who enjoys mentoring and supporting others * Structured and solutions-focused, even when things get fast-paced * Proactive, responsible and excited to take ownership * Highly organized and confident in managing multiple projects and priorities **Your background:** * Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field * 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-growing tech company * 2+ years of experience managing in-house design teams * Proficient in modern design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite * Comfortable designing for both digital and print formats * Strong project and people management skills * Confident English communication skills (C1 level required) * Familiarity with project management tools like Notion or Trello is a plus * Residence in Cologne, Vienna, Koblenz, or Berlin is a big advantage – that’s where our Marketing team is based ##### Your Benefits * **We have Social Impact:** Sdui’s vision is to transform the daily life of schools.
