Your key responsibilities
* Key role in the implementation of the Business Management cluster structure at Aenova
* Lead the Aenova Business Management teams at our Northern German sites (Gronau, Marburg, Muenster) and Ireland and build up a dedicated team each
* Manage and improve client relationships for all commercial manufacturing clients
* Perform key tasks in the relationship management, new business development, project cost and price definition, commercial proposals, technology transfer and supply agreements, financial and business modelling, GMP & health & safety
* Collaborate with Business Development in managing new business opportunities
* Act as an interface between the production sites and commercial Sales
Your profile
* Relevant degree with demonstrable experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the finished product operational environment
* Client-facing experience
* Strong organisational abilities, dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active approach to taking on challenging assignments
* Strong project ownership ethic with a “can do” attitude
* Ability to work within and deliver critical timelines
* Outstanding communication skills, fluent in English and German - both in written and spoken
* Willingness to travel within Aenova's European site network
* Home based in the area of responsibility would be an advantage
