Anforderungen
- •Completed commercial education or business-related Bachelor’s degree
- •6+ years of relevant experience
- •Strong knowledge of accounting standards (HGB, UGB) and VAT regulations
- •NetSuite (Oracle) knowledge and first leadership experience
- •Confident Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- •Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- •Hands-on mentality
- •Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the Accounting department with three team members
- •Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
- •Ensure timely and accurate monthly and annual financial closings
- •Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements
- •Act as point of contact for auditors
- •Coordinate and prepare tax returns for domestic and foreign companies
- •Assess tax issues in consultation with tax advisors
- •Handle reporting requests from stakeholders
- •Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes
- •Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team
- •Collaborate closely with Controlling and other departments
