- •Manage daily operational, commercial, and administrative tasks
- •Support the Group Head with daily requests
- •Oversee team task management
- •Coordinate strategic initiatives and projects with the Market Business Management team
- •Assist the Group Head in supervisory duties
- •Facilitate regular risk exchanges with the Group Head and BRM
- •Perform approval and control tasks as delegated by the Group Head
- •Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for planning and performance reviews
- •Gather team input to enhance process and system efficiency
- •Communicate relevant information from Bank/Region/Market levels
- •Monitor and follow up on agreed actions
- •Organize and execute team meetings in collaboration with the Group Head
- •Manage the systematic sales process with support from Regional Business Development
- •Coordinate and follow up on sales tools usage within the team
- •Conduct budget planning and cost controlling for the team
