Deine Aufgaben

  • •Manage daily operational, sales, and administrative tasks
  • •Support the Group Head with daily requests
  • •Cover and support commercial and risk approvals
  • •Oversee team task management
  • •Prepare relevant reports and presentations
  • •Provide regular updates and insights from the Bank/Region/Market level
  • •Coordinate and support strategic initiatives and projects
  • •Conduct regular risk exchanges with the Group Head
  • •Monitor risk and control reports and dashboards
  • •Perform approval and control tasks as delegated by the Group Head
  • •Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for decision-making
  • •Gather team input to improve efficiency in processes and systems
  • •Communicate relevant information and derive actions for the team
  • •Organize and execute team meetings in collaboration with the Group Head
  • •Manage the systematic sales process with support from Regional Business Development
  • •Coordinate and follow up on sales tools usage within the team
  • •Conduct budget planning and cost controlling for the team
