## Job Description We’re looking for a dedicated Team Assistant to support key areas and leaders across the Umdasch Group — including Global HR, Digitalization, Growth, Communication, Strategy and Operations. As a Team Assistant, you’ll play a central role in keeping things running smoothly — from managing schedules and travel plans to preparing presentations and keeping the office space welcoming and well-organized. You’ll be a go-to person for coordination, communication, and getting things done. This position is available starting from 30 hours per week. **Key responsibilities:** * Taking care of the office space — making sure coffee, printers, plants, and outdoor seating areas are set up to create a warm and pleasant atmosphere * Handling general administrative tasks * Organizing and booking travel (flights, hotels, transfers, etc.) * Managing calendars and scheduling meetings * Preparing documents and materials for meetings and workshops * Creating presentations (e.g. PowerPoint, Canva) * Supporting with evaluations and simple data analysis * Maintaining internal lists, overviews, and tracking sheets * Taking ownership of small-scale projects from start to finish ## Qualifications * Experience in a similar assistant, office management, or team support role is a plus * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Friendly, team-oriented personality with a hands-on mindset * Confidence in working with MS Office tools (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) * Good written and spoken communication skills in German and English * Independent and structured way of working ## Additional Information * Comprehensive social benefits, subsidized lunch in our in-house fresh kitchen, and a voluntary performance bonus. * Flexible working hours (flexitime without core hours, possibility to work from home in coordination with your manager and in line with current company guidelines). * For this position, we offer a market-compliant salary based on your qualifications and relevant professional experience.
