Bielefeld | Full time

For the Media & Process Development Xell division we are looking for a Team Assistant (x|f|m) for Sartorius Xell GmbH.

The position is temporary for one year.

In your position, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of administrative activities within the team with the aim of enabling the team to focus on its main tasks and results and thus shape the future with us.

The job is full-time and will be based in Bielefeld.

  • You will be responsible for the organisation and coordination of internal and external meetings

  • This also includes the completion of administrative tasks, including the preparation of documents, presentation materials and the distribution of meeting minutes

  • You will ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information and the security of team documents and files

  • To increase operational efficiency, you will provide comprehensive support for various team projects

  • This includes administrative and accounting support for projects, as well as operational procurement support

  • Support with travel arrangements and expense reports and the associated requirements round off your area of responsibility

  • You have successfully completed training as an industrial clerk, in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification

  • This will be supplemented by initial professional experience in a comparable function

  • We require demonstrably good administrative and organizational skills

  • You are experienced and confident in using Microsoft Office
