****Job Description:****
The position is within Aerostack GmbH, a Joint Venture between Airbus and an automotive company, part of the Airbus strategy to accelerate Zero Emission Aircraft development and responsible for the fuel cell stack development and prototype production for Airbus Programmes.
As Team and Business Support (d/f/m) for Aerostack GmbH, you will be one of the key interfaces for Airbus and towards our external partners for our entity. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and professional management of sensitive topics, with the ability to prioritize and put the business first. Your calm and confident approach to your work will show the experience you have gained in supporting diverse teams, which is key for this role.
The job holder reports operationally and functionally to the Head of Finance and Administration at Aerostack.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting the entity in day-to-day tasks, including management of communication to various stakeholders
* Organization of key meetings including business trips, senior level meetings and external meetings
* Support our CEO and management team in topics such as travel management and follow-up of expense reports, booking meeting rooms in other Airbus entities, supporting team events etc.
* Typing letters, memos, meeting minutes and presentations for internal and external customers
* Prepare relevant logistic for the team (travel, post, document distribution)
* Handle office administrative duties (telephone, meeting/ event administration…)
* Collecting information for decision making
* Welcoming and cascading information
Required Skills:
* As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following competences & skills:
* Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business/ Finance or educated to degree level as European Management Assistant, Office/ Industrial Clerk or equivalent
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role or business position
* Good knowledge of Airbus/ business processes and standards would be a plus
* Tools: working knowledge of Google Suite, presentation tools, Airbus online internal tools
* Ability to work autonomously with genuine attention to detail
* Strong prioritization and organizational skills
* Ability to communicate topics that may be outside of the normal business scope
* Possess a pro-active and hands-on approach with demonstrable ability of finding solutions quickly to support the fast-paced technical environment
* Strong communication and decision-making skills in a multi-national environment
* Confidential and proven ability to handle sensitive information
* Proactive attitude, organized and structured, team spirit, self-starter
* Fluency in German and English is mandatory
