- •Build a strong subject profile through collaborative faculty work
- •Develop resources for high-quality student learning programs
- •Plan exemplary learning opportunities inside and outside the classroom
- •Use formative and summative assessments to challenge students
- •Utilize homework and extra-curricular activities to enhance learning
- •Support the academic progress of students within a boarding house
- •Coach and mentor individual tutees
- •Contribute to whole-school learning initiatives
- •Engage in extracurricular activities and boarding house life
- •Participate in Saturday morning academics and outdoor challenges
