## Job Description
* Coordinate departments activities and support the departments in all administrative and organizational matters, e.g. filing documents and post as well as monitor costs and external suppliers such as tax advisors and accounting firms
* Manage administrative tasks and liaise with Office Management and Travel Team
* Prepare and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with authorities
* Manage Tax Compliance Management Systems and our tax filing platform and track delays and errors
* Be first contact for externals and coordinate projects on merchant investigations and other requests by authorities.
* Coordinate Risk Management activities and output to internal and external stakeholders
* Monitor performance and KPIs within the departments
* Prepare and coordinate miscellaneous reports for our Risk Management and Internal Audit team
* Be a supportive member in projects and support the VP Tax & Risk on various tasks
## Qualifications
* Business / law degree or similar vocational training
* Relevant professional experience in general office practices, consultancy or commercial enterprise
* Experience and interest to work independently or as part of a team and take on new tasks with the high level of complexity / difficulty
* Able to effectively prioritize and deliver multiple projects / tasks in a deadline-driven environment
* Safe handling of MS Office products and Google Workspace
* Fluency in English and **good knowledge of German.**
