Anforderungen
- •Indirect Tax, VAT Analyst, Accounting, or Audit experience
- •Strong grasp of VAT principles and invoice compliance
- •Analytical mindset for regulatory and technical issues
- •Ability to explain tax and ERP concepts clearly
- •Works seamlessly with Product, Engineering, and clients
- •Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow
- •Fluency in German or French
- •Experience with e-invoicing implementations in Europe

- •Exposure to AP/AR workflows and tax reclaim processes

Deine Aufgaben
- •Act as a subject-matter expert on VAT and indirect tax
- •Partner with Account Managers to address escalated finance and tax questions
- •Translate complex tax regulations into clear customer guidance
- •Provide support with VAT invoice retrieval and AP workflows
- •Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Tax SMEs to resolve issues
- •Contribute to customer-facing documentation and internal knowledge bases
- •Lead training sessions and office hours with AMs and Support teams
- •Monitor regulatory developments and provide feedback on compliance risks
