•University degree in Business, Finance, or relevant discipline
•10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sales, or pricing
•Exposure to Flavours, Food, Beverage, or Ingredient industries
•Good knowledge of pricing mechanisms, including profitability
•Strong market knowledge, encompassing customers, segments, and market practices
•Proven track record of successful process and project management
•Successful track record of effectively communicating at all levels
•Proficiency in English
•Team player and comfortable with diversity

•Co-lead negotiations for tenders with Key Account Managers
•Produce relevant global data for contract negotiations
•Monitor raw material price trends with procurement
•Integrate pricing intelligence into recommendations
•Support strategic negotiations with global accounts
•Identify opportunities for value-based pricing initiatives
•Drive pricing improvement projects across functions
