Anforderungen
- •2-3 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, HR Systems, Talent Management, Project Management, Communications, or a similar role
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, HR or Business Administration
- •Excellent English skills (written and spoken), German is a plus
- •Proven experience in managing system-supported HR processes and projects
- •Self-driven and autonomous working style with willingness to take ownership
- •Strong focus on execution and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- •Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- •Technical affinity and passion for improving tools and processes
- •Strong attention to detail and good eye for design and user experience
- •Interest in data and ability to translate insights into actions

Deine Aufgaben
- •Own the global onboarding workflow and communication tool
- •Enhance the global onboarding workflow based on feedback
- •Drive adoption by upskilling local teams and sharing best practices
- •Track and report on usage and success metrics
- •Lead roll-outs to new regions, facilitating workshops and training
- •Establish an annual review process for workflows and materials
- •Manage the performance management system and drive enhancements
- •Identify and prioritize system improvements for business needs
- •Develop activation and communication strategies for performance cycles
- •Maintain knowledge resources and provide adoption reports
- •Elevate the Talent Management intranet space with up-to-date resources
- •Share global standards and updates through internal communication channels
- •Contribute to other talent management initiatives to expand expertise
