Talent Development Manager(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead various talent development initiatives, managing training programs and advising on external education options. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with HR and business leaders to strengthen the talent pipeline and drive succession planning.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• •Several years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or organizational development
• •Expertise in program design, facilitation, and performance management processes
• •Strong background in succession planning, talent assessment, and development planning
• •Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders
• •Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with talent KPIs and HR systems
• •Advanced facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
• •Strong project management capability with ability to drive complex initiatives end-to-end
• •High level of analytical thinking and data interpretation for decision-making
• •Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across all organizational levels
• •Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
• •Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
