As a **Talent Acquisition Specialist**, you’ll be part of our in-house recruitment team, working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to attract, assess, and hire top talent. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, make data-driven hiring recommendations, and play a key role in shaping a positive candidate and stakeholder experience—helping us build the teams that shape the future of Sunrise.
**YOUR CHALLENGE:**
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
* Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at every touchpoint
* Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
* Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal talent pools
* Use data and recruitment metrics to drive decision-making and continuously improve hiring processes
* Support recruitment reporting and process improvement initiatives
* Support employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the employer branding team
**YOUR SKILLS:**
* 2+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
* Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday, Phenom)
* Familiarity with sourcing tools and strategies (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
* Experience in MSP/Key Account Recruitment/delivery and knowledge of Swiss labor leasing contractor law is preferred
* Fluent in English and German
