# Talent Acquisition Specialist 80% - 100% (f/m/d) (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start for 6 months with possible extension)

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong recruiting background in the IT sector and the ability to identify and attract the best talents for our brand.
## YOUR CHALLENGE
* You will take care of your own recruiting portfolio with responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruiting process (job description, sourcing, interview, reference check etc.)
* Partner closely with hiring managers to identify their needs and advising on effective and successful search strategies in line with our diversity & inclusion guidelines
* Be an ambassador for Julius Baer and ensure a high quality recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
* Source top candidates on different channels including social media and other networks in anticipation of future hiring needs
* Build and maintain engaging relationships with the hiring managers, key partners at all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
## YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
* 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in a financial services and/or agency environment. Experience in recruiting IT profiles is a must criteria
* Collaborative and engaging personality that combines resilience and the agility to thrive in an environment with competing demands
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills and experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers and HR partners
* Passionate about recruiting and dedicated to deliver a high class service experience
* Fluent in both German and English (verbal and written)
* Proficient user of relevant IT systems (MS Office, Workday or similar HR tool)
* Positive attitude and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and handle high volumes at peak times
