Anforderungen
- •Passion for early careers
- •Professional experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on early careers, graduate hiring, or high-volume recruitment
- •Proven ability to proactively source and engage candidates
- •Fluent German (C1/C2 level) and Fluent English
- •Undergraduate degree
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Ability to build rapport with students and graduates

- •Lead end-to-end recruitment for Private Equity and Consulting teams
- •Develop strategies to attract top-tier graduate candidates
- •Engage with universities and career fairs to promote the brand
- •Ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer management
- •Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
- •Maintain accurate records in the ATS to track KPIs
- •Assist with basic HR tasks and ad-hoc queries
- •Serve as a contact for local HR matters
- •Support local culture-building initiatives and office activities
