- •Solid experience in recruitment within a consulting firm or IT services company
- •Strong interest in direct sourcing for senior profiles
- •Organized, persistent, and optimistic
- •Autonomy and teamwork skills

- •Native or professional proficiency in German and good level in English

- •Draft employment contracts

- •Maintain existing school partnerships and define interventions
- •Facilitate weekly recruitment committees with internal stakeholders
- •Report activities in the Group ATS
- •Provide support on general HR topics as needed
