Anforderungen

•Solid experience in recruitment within a consulting firm or IT services company
•Strong interest in direct sourcing for senior profiles
•Organizational skills, persistence, and optimism
•Autonomy and teamwork skills
•Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities
•Fluency in German and English
•Familiarity with PIM/MDM/DAM and software systems such as Akeneo, Stibo, Centric, and SAP
•Experience in recruiting for AI

•Support candidates and internal clients throughout the recruitment process
•Define innovative sourcing strategies to meet recruitment goals
•Conduct direct candidate sourcing through various channels
•Lead HR evaluation interviews
•Assist candidates during the pre-boarding phase
•Ensure a smooth first-day experience for new employees
•Draft employment contracts
•Ensure compliance with procedures and GDPR
•Contribute to the school relations strategy by developing partnerships
•Maintain existing school partnerships and define interventions
•Facilitate weekly recruitment committees with internal stakeholders
•Report activities in the Group ATS
•Provide support on general HR topics as needed
