Anforderungen

  • •3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • •Proven experience hiring for commercial roles in B2B or SaaS environments
  • •Strong German and English communication skills
  • •Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and creative outreach
  • •Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in parallel
  • •High attention to detail, organisation and proactive problem-solving
  • •Data-driven mindset with ability to report and optimise based on insights
  • •Experience hiring in multiple EU markets
  • •Background in SaaS, HR Tech, or fast-scaling startups

  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles
  • •Collaborate with hiring managers to identify business needs and hiring priorities
  • •Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking
  • •Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates for skills and culture fit
  • •Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to contract signing
  • •Support all stages of the employee journey, including onboarding, development, and retention
  • •Maintain and optimize HRIS and internal recruiting systems, ensuring accurate and organized employee data
