## Job Description
* **Lead full-cycle tech recruitment** – from role briefing to offer – ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring teams.
* **Partner closely with hiring managers**, acting as a trusted advisor to align hiring strategies with team goals and technical needs.
* **Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline**, with a focus on diversity, quality, and long-term relationships.
* **Create a collaborative hiring culture** by working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and internal partners.
* **Continuously improve** processes and contribute to initiatives that enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
## Qualifications
* **4+ years of experience** recruiting for tech roles in fast-paced product companies – ideally in a scale-up environment.
* Strong **active sourcing skills** with a proven track record of successfully hiring passive candidates.
* Confidence using ATS platforms – **experience with SmartRecruiters is a plus**.
* A proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with a focus on solutions.
* Experience leading or supporting **TA projects** in growing organizations.
* Excellent communication skills in English - C1 (German is a bonus) and the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.
* A genuine **passion for hiring and improving how teams grow**, and a knack for turning insights into action.
