As Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our growth, identifying and engaging top talent to shape the future of our company. From building a diverse talent pool and conducting interviews to enhancing the candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand, you’ll play a key role in creating a people-first culture. What you'll do
* You actively identify new talents on platforms such as LinkedIn and are responsible for building a strong and diverse talent pool.
* You enhance the candidate experience by seamlessly scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
* You conduct structured interviews and lead debrief meetings to assess the professional and personal fit of candidates.
* You participate in recruiting events and actively drive the expansion of our internal and external employer branding.
